If you are unsatisfied with your Casco Cup, we will offer you a complete refund within 30 days of purchase. Please email us.

We highly recommend taking our menstrual cup quiz before purchasing your Casco Cup to ensure that you choose the right size. Not sure which size is best for you? We recommend the Size 1 to the vast majority of our customers, excluding menstruators under 18 and women who have given birth.

We do not accept returns due to the personal nature of the product.
